Meet the Staff

REBA C. COOK, CPIA - Is our President and the driving force of the agency.  She has been in insurance sales over 50 years.  Her main emphasis is personal lines coverage's.  She is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent.

Reba is a long time resident of Ravenna and a community leader and volunteer. Member of PIA along with the Portage County Insurance Agents and serves on the Donegal Advisory Board. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Ravenna Rotary. Co-President/Member of the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce and Design Review Committee for the City of Ravenna. Reba was also a President of the Ravenna Board of Education. She is also a past member of the Maplewood Board of Education. Reba is a member of Grace Episcopal Church and serves as Vestry Member.

Reba is the mother of two sons Rodney, and Richard.  Also, the PROUD grandmother of Jacque, Michael, and AJ.

Reba's favorite hobbies are camping with friends, playing cards, (bridge, euchre) and golfing.

Patti

Patti lives in Ravenna Ohio. She has been married to her husband Duane for 25 years and is the mother of 2 children; Michael who is currently attending the University of Memphis and Brittni attending Hofstra University in Long island NY.

Patti has been in the insurance business for over 4 years and specializes in our Personal Lines. Patti attended Kent University and Tri C College.

Patti and Duane are now spending their free time visiting their children in Tennessee and New York.

Dori

Dori lives in Lordstown Ohio. She has been married to her husband Jerry for 39 years. She is also the mother of 2 daughters; Christy and Stacy. Dori is the proud grandmother of 5. Samantha, Nellie, John, Mykaela and Abby.

Dori has been in the insurance business for over 10 years and specializes in motorcycles. Dori obtained her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University in 1998.

Dori's hobbies include time with her grandchildren and being with her husband and friends riding motorcycles.
